Technical services

Trace the event. Test the critical path. Document the effect.

Each engagement is scoped to the project issue, relevant programme versions, available records and decision deadline. A proposed scope and fee follow an initial discussion.

Project journey

Where VINBON Intervenes

The work follows the programme, the event chronology and the decision your project must make next.

01

Claim Readiness & Programme Diagnostic

Identify gaps in baseline integrity, event chronology and available evidence before selecting a full analysis.

Suitable for: Contractors · Subcontractors · Consultants

Boundaries

Findings depend on the relevant programme versions and available records. A diagnostic does not determine contractual entitlement.

Request an Initial Review

Suitable when

  • Early EOT assessment
  • Incomplete records
  • Programme health concerns

Typical inputs

  • Baseline and current programme
  • Update records
  • Delay/event summary

Typical outputs

  • Readiness findings
  • Evidence-gap map
  • Recommended next actions
02

Forensic Delay Analysis

Reconstruct the sequence of events and test schedule effects against dated programme updates, logic, calendars and contemporaneous records.

Suitable for: Contractors · Subcontractors · Consultants

Boundaries

Methodology and conclusions depend on the project facts, programme quality and available records. This is technical schedule analysis, not a legal opinion on entitlement.

Request an Initial Review

Suitable when

  • Retrospective delay assessment
  • Disputed critical-path effects
  • Competing explanations of delay

Typical inputs

  • Baseline and dated updates
  • Event and progress records
  • Calendar and logic details

Typical outputs

  • Event chronology
  • Method, assumptions and limitations
  • Critical-path findings tied to records
03

EOT Submission Support

Prepare an evidence-referenced technical narrative, schedule analysis and exhibits for an extension-of-time submission.

Suitable for: Contractors · Subcontractors

Boundaries

Notice and submission requirements depend on the contract. VINBON supports the technical analysis and does not provide legal advice or representation.

Request an Initial Review

Suitable when

  • Contractual submission deadlines
  • Multiple delay events
  • Technical narrative and exhibit preparation

Typical inputs

  • Contract milestones and relevant notices
  • Programmes and updates
  • Supporting contemporaneous records

Typical outputs

  • Event chronology and technical narrative
  • Programme-impact analysis
  • Referenced schedule exhibits
04

05

Recovery Programmes

Test sequencing, constraints and resource assumptions against the current programme to compare recovery scenarios.

Suitable for: Contractors · Subcontractors · Consultants

Boundaries

Options and forecasts depend on stated assumptions and require client validation; completion or recovery is not guaranteed.

Toolkit in development

AI-assisted project controls dashboards.

VINBON is developing tools to review schedule quality, trace delay events and turn validated project data into clearer management views. They are not yet a live client portal.

Primavera P6 data

Start from authorised XER or XML exports and agreed progress records. Check versions, data dates, calendars and relationships before comparing periods.

Forensic review support

Flag changes, missing records and potential analysis issues for specialist investigation. AI-generated summaries must be checked against source evidence before they inform a finding.

Decision dashboards

Design views for schedule health, milestone movement, delay-event status and recovery scenarios, with definitions and limitations visible to each audience.

Public demonstrations will use synthetic data. Client programmes and claim records will only enter an agreed private workspace after confidentiality and access controls are in place.

Scope before engagement

Start with a non-confidential project summary.

The scope depends on relevant programme versions, identified events, available records and submission or decision deadlines.
